All our cupcakes are made fresh for your order; below you’ll find answers to some common questions, if you can’t find what you are looking for please use the contact form to get in touch.

How do I place an order?
Give us a call or send us an email.

How far in advance do I have to order?
For smaller orders we ask for about 3 days notice but for larger orders like parties we need a couple of weeks.  If something does come up last-minute, please give us a call and we’ll see what we can do.

How are the cupcakes packaged?
Cupcakes can be left in Tupperware containers and we do require that back within 2 days or alternatively for an additional cost we can place the cupcakes in decorative boxes which secure each cupcake. A selection of colours are available, please let us know what you prefer.

How fresh are your cupcakes?
All our cupcakes are made and collected/delivered (for an additional charge) either the same day or the next depending on the time of delivery.

How do I store them and how long will they stay fresh?
Cupcakes should never be stored in the fridge and to get the best out of them they should be kept in an air tight container until they are eaten. In their delivery box they will be fresh for a couple of days, in an airtight container they will last up to 5.

Do your cupcakes contain nuts?
Although unless stated our cakes do not contain nuts, there may occasionally be nuts in our kitchens so we cannot guarantee 100% nut free.  Please note that some of the cakes and flour confectionery sold may contain one, or more, of the following additives:

Antioxidant, Colour, Flavouring, Flavour Enhancer, Preservative, Sweetener.

Is there a minimum amount I can order?
Our cupcakes are sold in minimum batches of 6.

How can I pay you?
We currently accept cash.

Delivery?
Delivery can be arranged within a 5 mile radius of Bearwood for an additional cost. Delivery outside of this area can be arranged, just give us a call.
